Looking for office space for lease in Mansfield can sometimes be difficult simply because of real estate terminology.  Take these two Mansfield commercial properties for rent:

Both are offices for rent, but both also have warehouses attached. The L location has a 1,600 square foot office/warehouse combination, while the M location boasts 1,200 square feet of office warehouse for rent.  Neither are just offices for rent, but that is not necessarily a bad thing.  If one considers the future of one’s business, perhaps it would be advisable to consider an office with storage space, especially since, in those two instances, the warehouses are relatively small.  They would seem to be the perfect locations for a small supply company with a small inventory, perhaps a party-planning company, or a micro-brewery with a relatively small inventory/production process.

Now of course you can find office space without an attached warehouse in most cities.  Any city of any size will have an office building with available office suites.  And following the laws of supply and demand, those office suites will most likely be fairly steep in price simply because of a lack of availability.  This is true in Mansfield, in Arlington, leasing office space in Saginaw, and most cities in Tarrant County.

So with all things being equal, we are going to recommend something a bit radical for those of you looking for office space to rent in Mansfield . . . we are going to recommend that you look about twenty miles away to the newest business neighborhood in Tarrant County.  Just off the Golden Triangle Exit of I35W  you will find the Alliance area of North Fort Worth, which just happens to be one of the fastest growing industrial centers in all of Texas.  And in the Alliance area you will find the new business neighborhood we mentioned, Fort Worth Design District.  There you will find Box Office Warehouse Suites, with office suites beginning at 320 square feet and $875 per month, perfect for start-up businesses looking to leave the home business gig in the dust.  And there you will find Paddock Place Office Suites, a converted horse barn with all the character and ambiance you could ever hope for.

Give us a call!  We’ve got your office space for rent in Mansfield or any other city in Tarrant County.
