We have touched upon this in other articles, but it is worth repeating. Fort Worth, the city, is growing faster than all but one major city in this country. By 2030 it will spill over one million residents, and there is no sign of that growth slowing down.
One million residents need homes. One million residents need services. One million residents need commercial goods. And all of that means new construction, but in Fort Worth Metro, where will that new construction happen?
