So the good news for anyone who wishes to rent office space in Tarrant County is that there is absolutely no shortage of commercial properties for rent in that fast-growing area.

The bad news is there is no shortage at all and it is a huge county.

Where do you begin?

Seriously, where do you begin?  Do you want an office space to rent in Arlington? How about Fort Worth?  Grapevine? There are quite a few offices in Mansfield, and it’s a sure bet we can find an office or twenty in Haltom City . . . so what do you want to do? Where do you want to look first?  Tarrant County is about thirty-five miles wide, so narrowing it down a bit would help considerably in your search.

Do you mind if we give you some unsolicited advice?

Start in the Fort Worth Design District, just off the Golden Triangle Exit of I35W.  Why?

The Fort Worth Design District is a pocket business neighborhood dedicated to innovation.  It is not for everyone but rather just for those who are doers, makers, and creative thinkers.  It is forty acres of showrooms, distribution centers, light manufacturing, retail, funky offices, and environmentally-conscious properties.  It is unlike anything ever seen in Tarrant County and it is worth a visit if you are seriously thinking of renting office space in Tarrant County.

The District is surrounded by tens of thousands of newer homes plus mixed-use commercial properties. There are quality eateries nearby, shopping malls nearby, and unfettered growth nearby.

At the heart of the District is Box Office Warehouse Suites, a business park unlike anything you have ever seen, made from recycled shipping containers, with offices for rent starting at 320 square feet.  Next door to that is Paddock Place Office Suites, a converted horse barn that oozes atmosphere and character, and next door to that is the Golden Triangle Business Park, where offices are reasonably-priced and available immediately.

And steering the whole ship is RDS Real Estate, the leading commercial real estate company in Tarrant County.  Our question to you is this: why mess with second-best when RDS is standing by waiting to help you find your dream office space?

Give us a call!  Let’s do this thing!  Let’s get you and your staff into the office you deserve, in the best commercial area in all of Tarrant County.
