Do you really want to rent commercial property in Dallas?

You may think you do, but is it really the best move for you and your business?

It’s a serious question, one you need to consider closely and carefully.

What’s wrong with Dallas?  Absolutely nothing if you are planning a vacation or convention.  Great city, great amenities . . . and over 1.4 million people.

And not only 1.4 million people, but a serious shortage of commercial property for rent, meaning that commercial real estate prices are skyrocketing in Dallas.

Now it doesn’t seem like such a good idea, does it?

But there is an alternative, a short hop and skip down the road into Tarrant County.

Tarrant County is one of the fastest growing counties in the United States.  Tarrant County still has commercial real estate prices untouched by Dallas inflation. Tarrant County has some great cities on the rise like Ft. Worth and Arlington.  And unincorporated Tarrant County has all the welcome features of cities without the city overregulation to bother with.

Tarrant County has over thirty cities and towns within it.  Unlike Dallas you can still find a good deal in Tarrant County on industrial space.  Unlike Dallas there are still wide-open spaces in Tarrant County.  Business parks like Box Office Warehouse Suites in the Ft. Worth Design District are funky and affordable.  Offices like those found at Paddock Place Office Suites and charming and affordable.

In short, everything you could want in Dallas you can find in Tarrant County, but usually the Tarrant County commercial property for rent is at a better price and with better amenities/features.  Makes you stop and think, doesn’t it?
