BlogReal Estate Trendssmall workshop to rent

Retail space for lease in Burleson, Texas, rarely exists.  Right now there are three retail spaces for lease in Burleson, Texas.  Last week there were two.  One is twelve-thousand square feet.  One is two-thousand square feet.  One is eight-hundred-and-fifty square feet.

It’s that way in small cities.  The pickins are slim at best in towns of seventeen-thousand residents.

Now that news is not good news for you, of course.  You had your heart set on owning a retail business in Burleson.  Nice place to live, good, friendly people, great schools, nice park system, Burleson is just a great small city . . . but . . . if you need retail space for lease soon, you will need to adjust your search parameters just a bit.

Now we can show you some retail space for lease in Irving, a neighboring city.  We can show you retail space for rent in Arlington, a much larger city with some great offerings like these two:

And there are more in Arlington you will find interesting.  Commercial property for rent in Arlington is numerous, and Arlington is a great city to do business in. Those two properties on W. Sublette are on a great intersection.  Traffic flow is constant at that traffic light.  That mini-mall receives a lot of business on any given week.  The area is showing nice, consistent business activity.

It is all there for the taking if Arlington appeals to you, and you are only fifteen miles from your beloved Burleson.

But we have one other suggestion for you before you sign on the dotted line and make Arlington your new business home. Our suggestion is the Alliance Area in North Fort Worth.  Yes, it is another five miles away from Burleson, but it is also the fastest-growing commercial area in all of Tarrant County, and that is saying a mouthful.  There you will find Box Office Warehouse Suites, where retail spaces for rent begin at 320 square feet and can expand as your business grows. There you will find Golden Triangle Business Park, where all manner of retail shops are available. And there you will find the Fort Worth Design District.

The Fort Worth Design District is the newest business neighborhood in Tarrant County, over forty acres of funky, creative, innovative, fun commercial properties for rent, unlike anything Tarrant County has ever seen.  You really owe it to yourself to take a look before deciding on industrial space to rent.
