It is not difficult to rent a shop in Dallas. What is difficult is finding a shop to rent that is affordable in Dallas and still in a good commercial area.  That quest, at times, will seem like Mission Impossible.

But we can help!

We are RDS Real Estate and we have a suggestion.

Our first suggestion is to quit doing “rent shop Dallas” Google searches.  You are wasting your time.  Unless you have money to blow, everything you find in good locations in Dallas will cost the proverbial arm and a leg.  You need to broaden your horizons.  You need to look outside of Dallas to Tarrant County, one of the fastest-growing counties in the entire United States, and the good news about Tarrant County is the commercial property for rent prices have not skyrocketed . . . yet!

Twenty miles down the road from Dallas is your answer!  There you will be able to rent a shop for a reasonable leasing price in a business enclave where your business can flourish.

Tarrant County, thirty miles wide, and home to over thirty towns and cities; we can find you a shop to rent in Mansfield, Irving, Arlington, Grapevine, or Fort Worth, great industrial and retail areas, and at considerably less cost to you.  And there are a number of shops for rent in unincorporated Tarrant County where you won’t need a certificate of occupancy and where other business regulations won’t choke the life out of you.

Try a Google search of “rent shop Fort Worth.”

In fact, in North Fort Worth, a brand new business neighborhood exists, over forty acres of shops, warehouses, artist studios, offices, all manner of industrial spaces to fit the needs of all manner of businesses, and that neighborhood is called Fort Worth Design District.

Within that district is Box Office Warehouse Suites, the most creative and unique business park ever seen in Tarrant County, over 100 recycled shipping containers made into commercial properties for rent, starting at 320 square feet.  With graffiti art and unique features, Box Office Warehouse Suites has been visited by citizens out for a Sunday drive because of its quirky flavor and great street art.

Next to that is Paddock Place Office Suites, a converted horse barn, and Golden Triangle Business Park, where more shops for rent can be found.

If there is such a thing as Commercial Real Estate Heaven, it can be found at Fort Worth Design District.

Give us a call!  We would love to show it to you.
