We have some advice for anyone looking for outside storage in Dallas . . . look elsewhere!

Listen, Dallas is a great city for sure, one of the greatest cities in the United States, but that good news brings with it some bad news: real estate prices in Dallas are going through the proverbial roof, and along with them leasing prices on commercial properties for rent are also skyrocketing.  Do you really want to look for industrial space in a market where prices are spiking, when you can drive twenty miles and find much more reasonable prices?

Of course you don’t!

The first thing we do when someone inquires about commercial property for lease in Dallas is we tell them that Tarrant County, right next door to Dallas, has much better value for their dollar.  That’s the truth and we are sticking with it.

Dallas is part of the DFW Megaplex.  It and Fort Worth are served by the same international airport. They share the same freeways.  The only real difference between Dallas and the rest of the Megaplex is cost and standard of living, and when it comes to cost Tarrant County will always be your best bet.

And yes, we have suggestions for outside storage in Tarrant County.  We suggest you take the Golden Triangle Exit off of I35W and gaze at the Alliance Area, otherwise known as one of the fastest growing industrial areas in Texas.  There you will find places like Box Office Warehouse Suites, Paddock Place Office Suites, and Golden Triangle Business Park.  There you will find the newest pocket business neighborhood, the Fort Worth Design District.  And there you will find much more value for your dollar than you’ll find in Dallas.
