Why would someone look for office space to rent in Blue Mound?
That’s not a rhetorical question, by the way, but a serious one. What are the reasons why any business owner looks for industrial space in a particular city?
Perhaps a person lives in a particular city, like Blue Mound, and they want their office in a location close to home? Blue Mound certainly is a lovely little city, no doubt about that, but is it the best location for an office?
Other people like to locate their office where potential clients live, or perhaps on a busy intersection or in a popular office building, but using those as guides, is Blue Mound really the best choice for an office? Would one not find a better location, a more prominent office building, or a busier intersection in one of the neighboring cities like Fort Worth or Haltom City?
Of course, if your business does not require visits from the public, none of that will matter, and Blue Mound just might be a Nirvana for you; however, if you do need to be accessible to the public, if you do need good traffic nearby, or if you do need a good office building location, I’m afraid Blue Mound is not, and should not be, your first location choice for office space to rent.
Our suggestion?
North Fort Worth, and in particular a new pocket business neighborhood on forty-plus acres called the Fort Worth Design District. The District is in one of the fastest growing industrial/commercial area in Texas, surrounded by residential neighborhoods, and within The District you will find three very diverse and creative business parks, Box Office Warehouse Suites, Paddock Place Office Suites, and Golden Triangle Business Park.
What The District gives you is instant traffic flow. What it gives you is a seemingly unlimited customer base, and it gives your business credibility. The District is also located in unincorporated Tarrant County which means you don’t need a certificate of occupancy.
Give us a call. We manage The District and we would love to show you around, take you on a tour of the recycled-shipping container offices, the offices in a converted horse barn, and the ambiance of a comfortable setting smack dab in the middle of a commerce explosion.
