A word to the wise: finding industrial property for rent in Blue Mound is a bit like finding the Holy Grail. You might catch a glimpse of it from time to time, but don’t expect it to be available and easy to grab hold of when you really need it.
There are a few industrial spaces out on Blue Mound Road, outside of the Blue Mound city limits, but those choices are limited. Occasionally a store front will come on the market in downtown Blue Mound but again, will that happen when you need it to happen? Probably not!
Your best bet is to expand your search area. The neighboring cities of Haltom City and Fort Worth have a plethora of commercial property for rent, and industrial property for rent in Tarrant County, the unincorporated sections of that county, might be the best option for you. Why? Because you won’t have to mess with a certificate of occupancy or any other city regulation which may restrict your business dealings.

In The District you will find Box Office Warehouse Suites, Paddock Place Office Suites, and Golden Triangle Business Park. Combined it is over forty acres of prime commercial properties for lease in the hottest commercial area in all of Tarrant County.
