Southlake, Texas, is one of the most desirable place to live in all of Tarrant County; it is not, however, a hotbed of commercial activity, so looking for industrial property for rent in Southlake can be a frustrating search.  The occasional office space for rent will become available, as will the occasional shop for rent in the downtown section of Southlake, but if you need a warehouse for rent or other types of industrial space, you really need to expand your search to neighboring cities.

Industrial property for rent in Haltom City is readily available, as is industrial property for rent in Grapevine and industrial property for rent in Fort Worth. All are within fifteen miles of Southlake, and all three cities offer commercial property for rent to meet any need.

Of those three, we highly recommend the North Fort Worth area known as the Alliance Area, the fastest-growing commercial area in all of Tarrant County, and that’s saying a mouthful considering Tarrant County is the third-largest county in all of Texas.

Locating your business should be done with one goal in mind: locating in an area where growth is happening and where customers are passing through.  A business is simply a building without customers, so if your goal is to attract customers, the Alliance Area should be your destination.

So what will you find when you take the Golden Triangle Exit off of I35W into the Alliance Area?  You will find a brand new business neighborhood called the Fort Worth Design District, over forty acres of every kind of commercial property for rent you can imagine; warehouses for rent ranging in size from 320 square feet at Box Office Warehouse Suites to warehouses over 20,000 square feet.  You will find small offices for lease and large offices for lease.  You will find quality retail space for lease, big and small.

But you will find something more: you will find a business environment where commerce is embraced and innovation is celebrated.  You will find fellow Dreamers and Creatives in The District.  You will find Paddock Place Office Suites, a converted horse barn where new ideas are spawned and where the future of commerce is developed.

Does any of that sound appealing to you?  If so, give us a call. We are RDS Real Estate and we are the gatekeepers to the Fort Worth Design District.
