There is no downside if you are looking for Fort Worth industrial space.  No downside at all. We are here to tell you that if you want industrial space for lease in Forth Worth, we can find you what you  want in the shake of a lamb’s tail.

We do want to talk to you, though, in case the size of Fort Worth turns you off.  Maybe you are a bit intimidated by ultra-large cities, and you were hoping to find an industrial space in an area not quite so crowded.

Absolutely no problem at all!

As you may or may not know, Fort Worth is in Tarrant County, and Tarrant County is actually one of the fastest-growing  counties in all of Texas.  Cities like Haltom City, Mansfield, and Grapevine are smaller than Fort Worth but every bit as welcoming as that jewel city.  Cities like Arlington, Burleson, and Irving can match Fort Worth for business-welcoming ambiance, but still allow you to feel like you are functioning in a quieter, smaller environment.

And then there is unincorporated Tarrant County where you don’t need a certificate of occupancy, and the governmental red tape has been stripped away.  More and more businesses are looking at unincorporated Tarrant County for their business location needs.

So you have options if you are looking for Fort Worth industrial space.  You have lots of options.

And to make sure you find exactly what you want exactly where you want it, we offer our services.  We are RDS Real Estate, and if we can’t find what you want in industrial space, it probably doesn’t exist.  We’ll let our owner and local entrepreneur, Ron Sturgeon, tell it like it is:  “I set out many years ago to create the best commercial real estate company in Tarrant County, and I think we have achieved that goal.  We did it with hard work and friendly service, and we will continue to lead the way using the same formula.”
