Of course you can find a commercial property lease in Irving.  Any city with a population of a quarter-million is going to have some commercial property lease advertisements, but before you start doing those Google searches, we think you need to consider a couple important points.

The first point to consider, and the one we believe is the most important, is this:  is Irving the perfect place for your business?  Now it might well be, but it is a question that deserves . . . demands . . . at lease a minimum of consideration.

Our suggestion:  look towards the future!

As we mentioned earlier, there is no problem finding commercial property for rent in Irving.  The same can be said for commercial property leases in Haltom City, Burleson, Arlington, or any other section of Tarrant County.  The trick is in finding the industrial space which is perfect for your business, and in many cases Irving may not have that place.

Consider growth . . . is Irving showing growth, or is it stagnant?  It might surprise you to know that the fastest growing area in Tarrant County is the area known as Alliance, just off the Golden Triangle Exit of I35W.  It is an area surrounded by new residential neighborhoods; it is an area showing new business construction; and it is an area showing the arrival of new industries and retail chains.  It is growing and it will continue to grow because much of it is in unincorporated Tarrant County, which means fewer governmental regulations and oversight.

And right smack dab in the middle of the Alliance Area is a new business neighborhood, the Fort Worth Design District, with over forty acres of new businesses, a creative area where innovation is welcomed and ideas flow as freely as the Rio Grande.  There you will find Box Office Warehouse Suites.  There you will find Paddock Place Office Suites, and there you will find Golden Triangle Business Park.

There you will find the future of Tarrant County!

Yes, there are commercial properties for rent in Irving, and we can show them to you, but for our money the best place for future growth is the Fort Worth Design District.

Give us a call.  We can show you around The District and let you then make an informed decision about the future of your company.
