Finding commercial property for lease in Southlake, Texas, is a tough goal.  Southlake is not a large city, barely 25,000 people, and it is primarily a residential city.  A few years ago it was voted as the fourth wealthiest city in the United States, based on median household, but the flip side of that coin is that commercial property is few and far between.

Never fear!

If you are in the market for Southlake commercial property for rent, you won’t have to drive far to find some.  That is because right down the road, a matter of a few miles from Southlake, you’ll find all the commercial property for lease you could want in Fort Worth, Grapevine, Haltom City, and Arlington.  In fact, from a tax and zoning standpoint, you might be better off under the jurisdiction of Tarrant County rather than Southlake.  It is at least worth exploring that idea.

Let’s say you want a shop for rent, but there are none in Southlake.  No problem!  A matter of a few minutes of driving will get you to Box Office Warehouse Suites, a brand new business park nearby.

Let’s say you want to rent office space but again, there are none in Southlake.  No problem!  A few miles down the road is Paddock Place Office Suites, a charming location in a converted horse barn.

And those two options just scratch the surface of the options waiting for you as you begin your Southlake search near the 76092 zip code area.

The point is this:   Anything you want in the way of commercial real estate can be found in Tarrant County, the third largest county in Texas.  You just have to be willing to choose the best of your options based on availability and not location.

And RDS Real Estate can help you!

The owner of RDS, Ron Sturgeon, addresses this location issue:  “Tarrant County may be large, but everything is connected with a great system of roads.  Fifteen miles is nothing when you are looking for the best situation in commercial real estate.  Don’t blow a good deal because you think fifteen miles is too far to drive. For the money you will save, and the money you will make, you can afford to drink another mocha while you drive fifteen miles.”
