Trying to find the perfect industrial space for lease in DFW is a task of Herculean proportions. Seriously, the DFW Megaplex is an area approximately sixty miles in width and covers maybe three or four million people. Good luck doing a Google search using those words “industrial space for lease DFW.”
We are going to give you some advice right now, even though it is unsolicited.
Concentrate on Tarrant County and in particular concentrate on the Alliance area within Tarrant County.
There are several reasons for this suggestion, the first of which is Tarrant County is practically the hottest real estate area in the entire state of Texas right now. It shows continued, steady growth, it is business-friendly, and success has a habit of breeding success. In other words, if you hang with the cool kids, you just might become a cool kid too.
As for the Alliance area, consider this: In 2018 there will be not one, not two, but three brand new business parks opening their doors. Not only that, but in that same area a brand new business district will be opening, the Fort Worth Design District.
These are exciting times for the area just off of I35W at the Golden Triangle Exit.
About those business parks . . . the first is Box Office Warehouse Suites, the first and only business park in the DFW area made entirely from shipping containers. Funky graffiti art adorns the containers, and the whole place has a colorful, free spirit vibe to it. Next up is Paddock Place Office Suites, an office park inside a restored horse barn. Talk about atmosphere! The place is practically crawling with good vibes. And third is the Golden Triangle Business Park, where anyone looking for a warehouse for rent, shop for rent, or garage for rent, will have their dreams realized.
And they all exist within the Fort Worth Design District, the newest and coolest business district in the DFW area, where doers, makers, and Creatives of all sort are invited to come, to lease, and to inspire each other.
