It seems like such a simple question, but just play our little “game” for a moment and answer the question.  What is the purpose of you being in business?  Your answer, most likely, is “to make money,” or “to grow as a business and become successful.”  Chances are 99% of you reading this article will answer with some variant of those two answers.  You are in business to be successful, and success means growth in sales, correct?

What does your future look like?

We will assume that if you are reading this article, you are planning on moving into some new commercial property, and that must mean you are fairly successful at this point. Otherwise, why would you be moving?  Sure, maybe your current lease is up, and you are simply looking for a parallel move into similar property, but most business owners would answer that they are moving because they have outgrown their present location and they need something larger.  That is our experience, and we’ve been at this for a long time.

How much do you love moving?

We can answer this question for you: nobody likes moving their business! It is a major headache!  It is major upheaval.  It is not only the physical act of moving, but it is also notifying customers of the move, and it is a corresponding, temporary loss of sales during the move.
