If you are extremely lucky, you might be able to find retail space for rent in Southlake.  Most people, however, are not that lucky.  Listen Southlake, Texas is a great place to live, upper-end, great community, great schools, everything a family would ever want, but with regards to commercial property or rent, Southlake is definitely lacking.

May we suggest you expand your search to include commercial properties for rent in Fort Worth and commercial properties for rent in Grapevine.  The difference in distance is less than ten miles, but it might make a huge difference in leasing costs and ideal business conditions.

Retail space for rent in Grapevine is easy to find and offers some great locations.  Check out these two:

And a quick search of Fort Worth will net you more retail spaces than you can shake the proverbial stick at.

But we have one more suggestion for you . . . unincorporated Tarrant County!  There is a lot going on outside the city limits, and outside city limits means you won’t need a certificate of occupancy, a rather restricting document you should avoid if possible.

In North Fort Worth there is an exciting new business opportunity available and yes, it is in unincorporated Tarrant County, and it’s name is the Fort Worth Design District.

If it is retail space you want then look no further than Box Office Warehouse Suites, the newest and funkiest business park in Tarrant County, the heartbeat of the Fort Worth Design District. There you will find retail space for lease as small as 320 square feet at extremely reasonable leasing prices.  There you will have the flexibility to increase your retail space as your business grows. There you will be surrounded by Creatives, Makers, Doers, and Dreamers, and there you will be a part of something exciting and vibrant.

Next door to that, in the District, is Paddock Place Office Suites, a converted horse barn, and next to that is Golden Triangle Business Park.  The entire District is surrounded by new residential neighborhoods, a must for any retail business, and it is served by a great road system and close by two airports.

In other words, this is retail heaven right here in Tarrant County!
