Kennedale does not offer much hope for those looking to rent office space in Kennedale. There are a couple of office/warehouse spaces available out on Mansfield Highway:

These two properties will handle any needs you have in an office, plus give you warehouse space for storage of inventory should you need it now or in the future.  We can picture a small trade business like an electrician or a plumber working out of these two locations.

But if you are strictly looking for an office to rent, without the attached warehouse, you will most likely be out of luck in Kennedale, Texas.  Cities of seven-thousand people do not have available office space on a regular basis.  It would be a bit like winning the lottery if you were to find office space to lease in Kennedale when you needed it.

So let’s move on to Plan B, which is to expand your search.

We could suggest that you look at neighboring cities to Kennedale like Haltom City or Arlington, but we are going to make the assumption that you are looking for the absolute best office space for your business in the absolute best location, and if that is the case then we highly recommend an area in unincorporated North Fort Worth called the Fort Worth Design District.

Take the Golden Triangle Exit off of I35W and say hello to the Alliance area of Tarrant County, one of the fastest growing commercial centers in all of Texas.  Fastest growing means potential customers and clients for your business which is, after all, the whole purpose of choosing a new location.

Coming off the I35W exit you will find over forty acres of brand new industrial space for rent in the form of three new business parks:  Box Office Warehouse Suites, Paddock Place Office Suites, and Golden Triangle Business Park, and combined they make up the Fort Worth Design District. This is a new pocket business neighborhood where creativity and innovation are welcomed, an up-and-coming area where businesses are flocking and new residential neighborhoods are rising faster than bluebells on a spring day.

This would be our recommendation.  No, it is not in Kennedale, but Kennedale is not the point of this search.  Your goal is to find the best location for your business, and in our opinion that would be the Fort Worth Design District.
