We might as well start off with the bad news if you are looking to rent office space in Blue Mound, Texas?

There is very little of it available!

Blue Mound is a great city, for sure, but it is not large enough to support very much in the way of office space.  Your best bet, and what most people do who are looking for Blue Mound commercial properties for rent, is to expand your search area to include Haltom City and Fort Worth.

Now we’re talking success!

A quick scan of Haltom City listings came up with these two for examples of what is available:

Great location, surrounded by successful businesses, and great traffic flow . . . what’s not to love about those two?  And the same can be said about Fort Worth.  Both Fort Worth and Haltom City are in Tarrant County, and Tarrant County is synonymous with monstrous growth, so you really can’t lose in choosing either for your office.

So when you can’t lose, why not swing for the fences?

In unincorporated Tarrant County (read less governmental oversight), in North Fort Worth, is a new business district, the Fort Worth Design District.  Honestly, it’s not for everyone.  The Design District is the funkiest commercial area ever seen in Tarrant County, a one-of-a-kind collection of retail, warehouses, offices, shops, flex spaces, makerspaces, and it is surrounded by newer homes and connected by a great infrastructure.  It is commercial real estate in the future, so if you are a traditionalist and you want to rent office space, don’t bother looking at Fort Worth Design District.

At the heart of the District is Box Office Warehouse Suites, small-to-medium offices and shops made from recycled shipping containers and decorated with graffiti art.  It’s like something out of The Matrix movie, if that helps your imagination.  Next to that is Paddock Place Office Suites where the old stalls are now offices and the Old West is just a daydream away. And next to that is Golden Triangle Business Park.

Add it all together and you have an exciting future in Tarrant County real estate, and you can become a part of that exciting future simply by calling RDS Real Estate and asking for a tour of the Fort Worth Design District.
