Kennedale, Texas, is a city of less than seven-thousand people. The chances of finding an office building in Kennedale, let alone an office space for rent in Kennedale, are slim and none.
There are a few office warehouses for rent in Kennedale out on Mansfield Highway, like these two:
One is reasonably small with an office, attached warehouse, all under 2,000 square feet. The other offers over 9,000 square feet with two offices and even two apartments upstairs. This seems like it would be a perfect place for a landscaping company or perhaps an auto repair/salvage yard. It’s something to think about. If you are married to the fact that Kennedale is the only location for your business, we wish you the best. If, however, location is not a game-changer, we strongly suggest the Fort Worth Design District.
