Just my personal opinion that a landlord would make all of his properties for lease a pet friendly home. All it takes is a smidge durability. Less damage in the event of a tenant who may have not had pets at the onset of renting, but gets one or more at sometime during the property lease agreement.

Less carpet, more tile is just one suggestion that would save money in the long run regardless of whether there are pets or not.

A pet friendly home tends to be a durable and friendly home. RDS Real Estate tends to think so anyway.
