You’ve made the decision that you want Kennedale retail space for rent.  Good for you, and good luck!

We do not say that to be snide. The fact is, Kennedale, Texas, is a city of just under 7,000 people.  Just how many retail spaces for rent do you think there might be in Kennedale on any given day?  The whole city probably doesn’t have thirty retail businesses, so you can just imagine how many of those are available to lease.

We are painting a bleak picture and we don’t mean to do so.  The fact is that Kennedale is in Tarrant County, and in Tarrant County there are over thirty cities and towns, all within a half hour drive of Kennedale. Our advice to you, then, is to expand your search to neighboring cites.

One such city is Arlington, a city of considerable size, and the good news is commercial property for rent in Arlington is usually quite plentiful.  It took us all of five seconds to find these two retail spaces for rent in Arlington:

Both are in a very busy retail mall, both are on a very busy main street in Arlington, and both will offer a steady stream of potential customers.  These are great locations for a hair salon, a clothing store, or any other retail outlet.  Because of Arlington’s size, finding similar retail spaces for lease in Arlington is not a problem.

Besides Arlington, there is one other intriguing solution we would like to mention, and this one takes us to unincorporated North Fort Worth to a new business neighborhood called the Fort Worth Design District.

We mention this district because it is probably the most exciting commercial area to come along in a very long time, and it is perfect for small businesses as well as large.  Unincorporated means less governmental oversight, always a good thing for any business, the District offers a funky, innovative conclave of businesses in the heart of the Alliance Area, the fastest-growing commercial and residential area in all of Tarrant County.  Retail businesses need customers, and customers abound in the Alliance Arrea.  Retail businesses need traffic flow, and the Alliance Area is right off I35W, the heartbeat of Tarrant County.

There you will find Box Office Warehouse Suites with retail spaces available for as low as $875 per month, perfect for a start-up business looking to expand.

So yes, Kennedale retail space for rent is available, but don’t lock in to that solution until you take a look at other outlying areas.
