Great city, Dallas, one of the truly great cities in the United States, and there certainly is industrial property for lease in Dallas if you should want it.

But is that your best option?

What if we were to tell you that right next door to Dallas is a county which is actually growing faster than Dallas and is showing much more stable economic returns?  Would you be interested in that county as a possible site for your business instead of industrial property for rent in Dallas?

The county is Tarrant County, the third largest county in Texas, and it is part of the DFW Megaplex.  Literally fifteen miles from Dallas, Tarrant County has some very special things to offer which makes it a must in considering commercial property for rent in that area.

We begin with the business atmosphere of Tarrant County.  It is inviting to business owners. The business community has open arms, welcoming companies big and small into Tarrant County, and doesn’t that sound like something you want to be a part of.

On a related note, tax codes and business codes in Tarrant County lean in the favor of business.  The governments of the thirty cities and towns, and the county government, know that a busy economy means a healthy living environment.  Businesses mean jobs.  Businesses mean a healthy tax base, and a healthy tax base means more amenities for the citizens.

It is a very simply philosophy but one many counties do not adhere to.

Take a drive through Tarrant County and take a look at the industrial space available.  A warehouse for rent in Fort Worth, an office space for lease in Irving, commercial space in Mansfield, an office warehouse for rent in Haltom City, and then there are the new business parks, Box Office Warehouse Suites, Paddock Place Office Suites, and Golden Triangle Business Park, to name just three.

Industrial areas?  The new Fort Worth Design District is worth a drive-by. There you will find a home for the Creatives, the Doers, the Movers and the Shakers.  There you will find commerce at its most innovative and creative.

The weather is great in Tarrant County, the people are friendly, and the governments are welcoming.  There’s nothing wrong with Dallas, mind you, but for our money, Tarrant County is where it is happening in the DFW Megaplex.
