First the good news: there is no shortage of industrial property for rent in Tarrant County, Texas.  Rest assured that you can find commercial property for rent in just about every nook and cranny of that great county and why not?  It happens to be one of the fastest-growing counties in all of Texas, so it would make sense that businesses are welcome and properties are made available.

But that’s the good news, and to balance that out, we really should tell the rest of the story, i.e. the bad news:  there is so much industrial space available, it is hard for a business person to know which is the best property for his/her business; Tarrant County is so large, how does one know if it is better to lease commercial property in Saginaw, or Fort Worth, Irving, Grapevine, or Arlington?  How do you decide?

You turn to the experts for that dilemma, and the experts in Tarrant County all work at RDS Real Estate.

That’s us, so listen up!

For our money, the best location for most businesses, at this time, is in the Alliance Area, that area just off the Golden Triangle Exit of I35W known as the Fort Worth Design District. That area is showing remarkable growth over the last five years.  It is surrounded by new residential neighborhoods, it is experiencing a flood of new commercial enterprises, and it is in unincorporated Tarrant County, so it is not regulated by city ordinances like certificates of occupancy.

The Fort Worth Design District is the newest commercial neighborhood in all of Tarrant County, and it just might be the most interesting.  At the heart of the District is Box Office Warehouse Suites, a business park made entirely from recycled shipping containers.  With its colorful graffiti art and its lean towards environmental stewardship, it is as unique as unique comes.  Next to that is Paddock Place Office Suites, a converted horse barn now an office park with some serious ambiance an atmosphere.  And next to that is the more traditional Golden Triangle Business Park. Within those three commercial areas you can find an office space for lease, a warehouse for rent, a shop for rent, retail space, or any other type of commercial space you need.
