Golden Triangle Business Park is more on the traditional side of commercial property for rent, and garage units begin at a slightly larger 1,200 square feet.
Both Box Office Warehouse Suites and Golden Triangle Business Park can be found just off I35W at the Golden Triangle Exit in a new forty-acre commercial development called the Fort Worth Design District. There you will find a creative atmosphere of doers and dreamers, creating products which will usher in the next generation of products, so if you need a garage for rent property, not for a car, but as a place to work on creating products, the Design District might be the best place for your creative mind.
