You may want some Dallas industrial space for lease, but hold off on that desire until you read this article.  We aim to change your mind a bit.

We have one piece of advice for anyone looking for Dallas industrial property for lease:  go west, young man, go west!

Go west to Arlington!  Go west to Irving!  Go west to Grapevine, Haltom City, and Fort Worth

Go west!

It’s a short drive on the Interstate and it just might be the difference between success and failure for your business.

But what’s wrong with Dallas, you ask?

Nothing, if you like crowds.  Nothing, if you like skyrocketing real estate prices, and nothing if you like too much city interference with businesses.

Dallas is suffering from a common malady which most big cities suffer from:  success has chipped away at its once shining mantel.  Yes there are commercial properties for rent in Dallas, but they cost more than comparable properties in Tarrant County.  Why pay more when ten miles of freeway driving will get you to the Nirvana of Tarrant County real estate and quite possibly the answer to all of your real estate dreams?

Tarrant County is growing!  It is one of the fastest-growing counties in the United States, but it hasn’t grown, yet, to the point where the supply of industrial space is short and prices have not been affected yet.  Now is the perfect time to take advantage of the low prices Tarrant County offers.  Now is the time to take advantage of the influx of people into Tarrant County.  Now is the time to grab the bull by the horns and make the unconventional decision to relocate a little further down the road.

And while you are considering unconventional, take a look at the Fort Worth Design District in unincorporated Tarrant County.  There you will find over forty acres of unconventional commercial property for lease, a pocked business neighborhood which welcomes Dreamers and Creatives, those business people who are not fond of the status quo and ho-hum.

We would love to show you around Tarrant County.  We are RDS Real Estate, the leading commercial real estate company in all of Tarrant County.  Sit down with us for five minutes and we can present our case for Tarrant County vs Dallas real estate.  It just might be the most important sit-down of your business career.
