Commercial property for lease around Southlake

Southlake, Texas, is a spectacular place to live.  It has a high standard of living, a great school system, wonderful parks, safe streets, and a charming downtown section, but it is not a stronghold of commercial space for lease. That’s just the truth of it; commercial space for lease in Southlake is scarce.

Sometimes it’s just that way in commercial real estate. The greatest places to live are probably the greatest places to live because commerce is scarce and quality of living is a priority.

And what does that say about our society?

The good news for those looking for commercial property for rent in Southlake is this: Southlake is surrounded by more commercial property than you can shake the proverbial stick at, so there are no worries.  Within a stone’s throw of Southlake are Fort Worth, Grapevine, Haltom City, and Arlington, homes to about a million people and all the businesses it takes to support those million people.

So no worries.  Live in Southlake, conduct your business elsewhere!

But that brings up a whole new set of problems and confusion: in an area overflowing with commercial activity, where is the best place for your business?  It can all seem so confusing for someone not familiar with Tarrant County, Texas.

Well it’s not confusing for us. We are RDS Real Estate, the Number One commercial property real estate business in Tarrant County.  We live and breathe Tarrant County industrial spaces, we work here, we play here, and we worship here, and for our money there really is only one area where everything you want exists, and that area is the Alliance Area and in particular the Fort Worth Design District.

It’s the Happening Place in Tarrant County, Texas, and that’s saying quite a bit.

Take the Golden Triangle Exit off Interstate 35W and see for yourself. There you will find a little over forty acres of prime industrial space called the        Fort Worth Design District, three business parks with a flair for creativity and innovation, Box Office Warehouse Suites, Paddock Place Office Suites, and Golden Triangle Business Park.  No matter what type of commercial property you seek, you will find it in The District.
