You may want commercial space for lease in Saginaw, Texas, but that doesn’t mean you are going to find it.  A city of 20,000 residents, mostly residential in nature, is not going to be a hotbed of commercial activity.  There will be the occasional retail shop space for rent, and there will be the occasional office for lease, but by and large, trying to find a specific type of commercial property for rent in Saginaw will be a frustrating venture.

Which leads us to one important question:  why Saginaw?  In an area as large as the DFW Megaplex, why hone in on Saginaw?  The largest employer, by far, in Saginaw is the school district.  Saginaw, quite frankly, does not have what one might call a business-friendly environment.

But . . .

Saginaw is an inner suburb of Fort Worth and Fort Worth most definitely has a business-friendly environment and most definitely has all manner of industrial space available.  No matter whether you are looking for a warehouse for rent, an office space for lease, a garage, a shop, flex space, you name it and Fort Worth has it.

But . . .

We can narrow things down a bit for you, because Fort Worth is a large city with hundreds of industrial spaces to look at; we can narrow your search down to the best commercial area in Tarrant County, and that would be the Alliance Area of unincorporated North Fort Worth.  Now we are really talking BUSINESS FRIENDLY, as in the fastest-growing commercial area in all of Tarrant County, an area literally bristling with excitement as new businesses and new families scramble for a toehold in this hotbed of commerce.

Take the Golden Triangle Exit off I35W and you are in the Alliance Area. In that area there are a little over forty acres of commercial activity, a business neighborhood called the Fort Worth Design District, made up of three separate business parks, Box Office Warehouse Suites, Paddock Place Office Suites, and Golden Triangle Business Park.  If the commercial property you need isn’t in The District, it probably doesn’t exist.

And once you drive through The District you will fall in love with its vibe.  We promise!

Give us a call!  RDS Real Estate, your guide to The District and all other commercial real estate in Tarrant County.  Let’s get started putting you into the industrial space you need.
