Leasing commercial space for lease Dallas may not be a wise business decision at this time.

Allow us to explain.

Dallas is a LARGE city.  In many ways it is a saturated city, meaning it is running out of supply to meet business demand.  In terms of commercial property for lease that means higher leasing prices, and that is definitely something worth considering if you are tempted to move your business to Dallas.

Dallas is also stagnant in economic growth, not a good thing for any business considering relocation.

All of this leads to an important point:  Why relocate to Dallas when neighboring Tarrant County awaits you?  Tarrant County, unlike Dallas, is showing remarkable growth. Tarrant County, the third largest county in Texas, is favorable to businesses with regards to taxation and zoning.  Tarrant County is, to put it simply, the happening place when it comes to industrial space.  Cities like Haltom City, Fort Worth, Mansfield, and Arlington are welcoming businesses with open arms, and the supply of commercial properties is at an all-time high, meaning prices are still low compared to Dallas.

A mere twenty miles down the road; twenty miles separating a rich business environment and a stagnant business environment; don’t you think it might be worth a twenty-mile drive if you are searching for commercial property for rent in Dallas? Don’t you think a side-trip to Tarrant County is a good idea?

But may we make one more suggestion?  May we suggest you take that road trip with a leasing agent from RDS Real Estate?

Why?

RDS Real Estate just happens to be the leading commercial real estate company in Tarrant County.  They excel in Tarrant County. They specialize in Tarrant County.  If anyone can find the industrial space you need for your business it is RDS Real Estate.

Take a look at Paddock Place Office Suites. Take a look at Box Office Warehouse Suites or Golden Triangle Business Park.  Those are just three examples of the fine commercial property available through RDs.  Take a virtual tour of their Mansfield listings, or their Haltom City listings or Grapevine listings. Talk to their leasing agent.  Take the time to make this happen because this is the only logical step to take if you are seriously looking for the best location for your business.

Commercial space for lease in Dallas?  Not a chance . . . the smart money is on commercial space for lease in Tarrant County!
