Commercial property for lease around Colleyville

Here is the cold, hard truth of the matter: if you are looking for commercial space for lease in Colleyville, you are liable to be waiting for a good, long time.  Colleyville, Texas, is a great place to visit. Colleyville, Texas, is a great place to live.  But for a business owner, looking to increase sales and/or business, Colleyville just might not be the best choice for a business location as commercial property for rent in Colleyville is scarce at best.

Again, that is taking nothing away from Colleyville.  There are some great homes in Colleyville. There are great parks and great schools. The income level is high and the standard of living is correspondingly high.  But unless you are looking for a retail space for lease, you are going to be waiting a long, long time. There are no warehouses for rent in Colleyville.  There are no hobby shops for rent in Colleyville.  You’ll be lucky to find an office for rent in Colleyville.

You need to expand your search.

You can go two ways with this new search.  You can go to the Dallas area, or you can go to the Fort Worth area. Both are bordering Colleyville, and both are only a few miles away, so which is best for your business?

For our money, and we’ve been in commercial real estate for quite a long time, the best move is towards Fort Worth.  Here’s why . . .

Dallas has experienced a real estate boom, and that boom has led to inflated prices and inflated taxation, neither of which are good news for a business just starting out, or a small-to-medium sized business.  Fort Worth, on the other hand, is just now starting to experience growth.  Prices have not inflated yet, and taxation has not increased drastically.  The area around North Forth Worth, the Alliance Area, is, in fact, one of the fastest growing commercial areas in the entire State of Texas, and that kind of growth means good business for all businesses in that area.

And in that Alliance Area is the newest business neighborhood, the Fort Worth Design District, where you will find three brand-new business parks, Box Office Warehouse Suites, Paddock Place Office Suites, and Golden Triangle Business Park.

Forget about Colleyville for your business.  The only logical move is to the Fort Worth Design District, and we will be happy to show you around. Give us a call!
