In order to qualify for consideration, you need 4 things, a good credit score (at least 620), a desire to be your own boss, the skills and experience to make it real, and some “skin in the game”. That may mean money, but doesn’t have to.

eady to start? Here is a rough outline of our process to get your going.

  1. Email to jime@rdsinvestments.com a brief description of your concept, what YOU bring to the show, and what you expect to need. Also include any information you know about your credit history and score, and a snapshot of your experience and skills, and/or a resume for our review.
  2. If it seems like it could be a good fit for both of us, we will ask you to fill out a credit application, and submit a more thorough business plan description of your business plan, and a small outline of your sales and expense projections/financial plan, for the first 2 years of operation.
  3. If all that seems to be on track, we will ask you to come meet us for an interview, and to discuss where you might locate the business and space requirements. We will also work with you on refining your plan if required.
  4. If all still seems well, we will approve a loan to get you started, and have you sign a lease for a space and get started.

  1. Private Chef needs a very small commercial kitchen 200sqft or A house/bldg with a small amount of parking for private events not to exceed 50 people. Approximately 10-20 people per gathering room times 2 rooms. R/E investments left me a 550 credit score with some inaccuracies. I have some equipment/collateral.
