Considering the fact that Kennedale is a pretty small city, you might be surprised to know there is a small pocket of industrial property for rent in Kennedale out on Mansfield Highway, out on the outskirts of that town.  Here are two examples of what you will find in commercial property for rent in Kennedale:

Those are two of maybe six such industrial spaces which are sometimes available for lease in Kennedale.  And occasionally you will find a storefront become available in the downtown section; it’s not that unheard of, but still the options are pretty limited if you are seriously considering Kennedale as the next location of your business.

You can expand your search to include Mansfield and Arlington; if you do that you will have quite a few warehouses, offices, retail spaces, shops for rent, and other quality industrial spaces near Kennedale to look at.

The question you need to ask yourself is this: why Kennedale?  Do you have some emotional or sentimental attachment to Kennedale? Because if you don’t, for our money, you are much better off in unincorporated Tarrant County, outside any of the city limits, where certificates of occupancy are not required and where other city ordinances and restrictions do not apply.  Commercial property for lease in Tarrant County is numerous and highly desirable.

There you will find the freedom to be flexible, adding products and services without city oversight.

Listen, with the fine system of roads in Tarrant County, it really doesn’t affect your business if you are in Fort Worth, Arlington, Kennedale, or Grapevine.  The goal should be to find the absolute best location for your business, and the best location should be defined as the best situation for your particular business, the best physical facility, the best flow of traffic, the best sightline, the best financial deal, and the commercial property which will benefit your business the most.  When you look at it like that, physical location should be one of the last things you worry about, so don’t limit yourself to Kennedale or any other city in Tarrant County.

And finding the best match between property and business is what the pros at RDS Real Estate do and have done for a number of years.  They are Number One in industrial property leases in Tarrant County, and the reason they are Number One is simple: they are the best!
