Arlington outside storage is readily available, so rest assured you can find some for your business needs.  Any city of a quarter-million people will have outside storage available.

But before you make your decision on outside storage for rent, consider a couple points.

How secure is the outside storage?  Is it fenced?  Does it offer twenty-four hour video security?

How easy is the access to that outside storage?

Does the outside storage meet your needs?  Are you planning on storing large equipment on that commercial property for rent?  Are you storing supplies there?  Is there enough room to maneuver, say, a large truck within that outside storage?

Are you in the need of open-air outside storage, or do you need a storage shed separate from a main building like a warehouse for rent?

Have you given consideration to your future growth?  What is adequate now may not be adequate two years down the road, and you certainly don’t want to move again if you can prevent it.

And then there is cost to consider! Outside storage in Arlington may be more expensive than, say, outside storage in unincorporated North Fort Worth in the Fort Worth Design District.  Is the additional cost worth it to you to lease in Arlington?

All of these are important questions, and your answers to those questions will dictate your leasing decision.  What we have found in the past is that many business owners lock in on a leasing decision without giving consideration to these questions.  They may be much better off leasing commercial property for rent in Fort Worth, or Grapevine, or Haltom City, rather than Arlington, but they are so convinced they want Arlington that they don’t even consider those other possibilities.
